We attempted to make a Chicken Tikki Masala tonight and it did not turn out, this doesn’t happen very often but it does seem to happen every time we try to make Indian food. So instead of Indian food I had a bowl of Fruity Cheerios and Peanut Butter and Jelly on an Arnold Sandwich Thin. That was at least edible
One of my favorite meals is grilled cheese and tomato soup and I have been craving this lately so I am opting for a hearty organic tomato soup and some more of the cheese curds I have been enjoying. To satisfy a salty/crunch craving I am having a bag of Veggie Straws, they are made with 3 ingredients and have a great crunch. In my continued quest to eat more veggies I am trying to have some sort of veggie with every snack, lunch and dinner (I just can’t do greens in the morning unless they are in my eggs).
I am trying to prep posts the evening before and have them publish during the day using Windows Live Writer, so I don’t have to take any work time or bring my personal laptop in. Hopefully it will work and help me keep up with everything.
Breakfast tomorrow is Pomegranate Greek Yogurt, Blueberries and an Andrew Weil bar. I have read mixed reviews about this bar, but will give it a shot
