This evening my friend Beka and I are going to visit Carla, who had surgery a month and a half ago and is out on disability. Hopefully she is doing well, I have missed seeing her at work every day.
Thursday’s are usually my favorite day of the week, you know that Friday is really close and you just need to make it one more day! The plan for breakfast is an bar and a big bowl of juicy watermelon. I honestly think fruit is one of my favorite things about summer.
I have been making an effort to get more sleep this week and have gotten at least 7 hours every night, that is really good for me. It may not always be sound sleep but its better than the 5-6 that often happens.
I also have a Chiropractor appointment today to have them look at my neck and shoulders, I really think I have some alignment issues which may be causing my migraines. I will report back on what the doctor has to say, hopefully they have some ideas.
