I am hoping that I get a good night of sleep and I can wake up feeling refreshed so I can get to the gym for a much needed workout! My plan for breakfast is to enjoy some cantaloupe and a shake made with Amazing Grass and Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk.
I have some peppers and a Cashew Cookie Larabar at work to enjoy as snacks throughout the day. For lunch I am meeting my mentor, to talk about some work issues I have going on and get her advice. She has been really helpful!
