Today turned into a longer day than I thought it would be, it was almost 8 by the time I got home from acupuncture. Guitar Hero went pretty well, I didn’t get booed off the stage but I didn’t win. But for not having much experience with playing video games I was surprised at how well I did.
My acupuncture was different than my last appointment, this instructor is much more aggressive in his needling, which I was a bit concerned about. But this instructor really knew what he was talking about and found very tender spots that were connected to my headaches and that path immediately, so I will see how I feel after a few sessions.
I made a mini Green Monster tonight for dinner and may have a bowl of cereal if I am feeling hungry at all. My monster was a very thick and almost chocolate brown.
I prepped my lunch, emptied the dishwasher and am heading to bed to read and hopefully sleep well before my 5:30 alarm for the gym.

To fuel myself for the big tournament I have a Pineapple Chobani (BEST FLAVOR EVER!) and a sample of Kashi Cereal that I will eat dry.
