The plan is to hit the gym for cardio and weights bright and early, I always have so much more energy when I workout in the morning and it is benefit to not having to shower twice in one day! Breakfast after the gym is 2 hardboiled eggs and a green apple, quick way to get some protein, carbs and fat after a hard workout. ![]()
Lunch is some homemade beef needle soup that we froze, it is still a huge frozen block of soup as I prep this the night before so I will take pictures at lunch
Snacks are some cucumbers, grapes, broccoli with salsa and a few Cheddar Popchips. I have been craving salt so hopefully the popchips met my salt craving.

I am heading to a Wine Tasting that benefits the Susan G Komen breast cancer fund, for $20 there is at least 100 wines to taste. 20% of the profits from the evening go to breast cancer research, I am HAPPY to taste wine if the proceeds go to a great cause. Mike’s mom passed away from breast cancer right before he graduated from college so this is a charity that is very important to him, and since he is traveling I wanted to make sure I supported it.
