After all of the thinking I did this weekend I put together a small list of a few things I want to achieve/do:
1. Keep Traveling
2. Learn more about wine
3. Take Integrative Nutrition Course
4. Get my personal trainer certification
5. Figure out what my dream job may be
6. Work on my relationship with my Mom
7. Foster new and existing friendships
8. Really think about kids
9. Find a volunteer commitment that fulfills me
10. Save more money
11. Take a cooking class
12. Study Spanish Again
13. Learn more about photography
Some are more “fuzzy” then others and but a lot of these have been on my mind a lot lately. I will be 29 in a few months and that seems like a good time to think about crossing a few things off the list. I am feeling a bit rundown and not overly hungry so I am not eating any dinner. I am sure I will be starving in the morning though!
What does your list look like?
After my exhausting but fun Saturday I was so sad for Sunday morning to arrive, I was not ready to go home! We had one more chance to connect with everyone at a great brunch at Restaurant Lulu. The menu was fantastic but the Bloody Mary bar was even better
We had salads, frittata, a croque monsieur, french toast with cinnamon butter and great conversations.

Rosemarie of CheapEats and I walked back to our hotel and waited for our flights together. We had a really great conversation about doing what you are passionate about! We literally talked for an hour and a half about finding that entrepreneurial spirit and drive to just take the risk and do it! She shared a chill inducing story about a time when she felt like life was not going the way she wanted. She was walking on the streets in New York in a very depressed spot in her life and a psychic grabbed her and said I must talk to you about your wonderful life. The psychic gave her the hope and courage to start her website and blog! Rosemarie thank you for the wonderful advice, I truly hope to keep connecting with you. That was one of THE BEST conversations I have had in a long time and it gives me a lot to think about and the courage to start taking the steps to live my best life possible. No one but me is going to prevent me from achieving the balance and happiness I desire.
I made a list of things I want to think about and achieve in the next few years. Monday is a new day and a new chance to start working towards a passion. It is 7:30pm on Sunday as I sit on the plane and type up all of the memories and experiences from this weekend and I am honestly almost in tears. It has been such a great experience! Thank you to all of the amazing bloggers I met this weekend, all of the fabulous vendors who came and showed us their passions and a HUGE thank you to Foodbuzz for putting on an awesome event!
