It has been a crazy week and I needed a low key evening to relax and just let go. My evening so far has involved:
1. Putting up more Christmas decorations, our dinning room area is all decked out now!

2. Taking Clifford on a walk even though it is about 15 with the wind chill
3. Enjoying a nice big glass of 2008 Warburn Estates Shiraz, our wine cork bowl is over flowing!


4. Reading Food and Wine and Oxygen

I am joining in on an 8 week Winter Challenge and here are my goals:
Major Goals
3 Cardio/Weight Sessions a week
2 Yoga Classes
Minor Goal
Try a group fitness class at my gym at least 3 times!
How I will accomplish this:
Set up a workout schedule and stick to it, no turning over and changing the alarm back to normal time!
Workouts
Monday- 30 min Cardio, Weights
Tuesday- Yoga Class
Wednesday- 30 min Cardio, Weights
Thursday- Off
Friday- 30 min Cardio Weights or Off
Saturday- 30 min Cardio, Weights
Sunday- Yoga
New Activities
Try at least 3 group fitness classes in the next 8 weeks!
