It is truly amazing that in one week I have gone from feeling frustrated about myself and my job to feeling like I fit in and that I have a career that is going somewhere. I wake up and look forward to going to work and talking to people. Everything from my workouts to my body just feels better, stress takes a huge toll on us. Today is an off day from the gym and I get to sleep until 6:40! That is sleeping in to me
Having a 17 meeting commute and going in just a little bit later will help me get more sleep and hopefully take my stress level down even more. Breakfast is a blueberry chobani with the crumbs of the Trader Joe’s Very Berry Cereal.

My snacks for the day are string cheese, an apple, pear, peapods, string cheese and a little chocolate. Trader Joe’s Mini Peanut Butter Cups.
Lunch is the leftover Mushroom Barely Soup and a mini sandwich, even better the 2nd day!

This evening we have a happy hour for our couples group at The Groveland Tap in St. Paul. I am excited to see some of the people who have been around awhile and to meet a few new ones.
