The wine group we belong to had its 3rd Annual Winter White’s Wine Party last night. Each person was tasked with bringing a unique white wine and an appetizer that paired well with it. We brought two Italian Whites and the smoked salmon crostini.
The rest of the food last night was amazing, everyone in the group always go above and beyond to bring unique and tasty items. There was crostini with fig, mascapone and black pepper, ceviche, homemade fondue, meatballs, pumpkin and squash empanandas, and beautiful white chocolate covered strawberries with coconut, graham cracker, white chocolate chips and heath bars.

I grazed all night long and had about a glass and a half of wine. I keep trying to like white wine!
