The house is very quiet tonight, Mike is travelling again so I am own my own this week. I have no plans for the evening other than curling up on the couch with Clifford and watching some Monday night shows
On the way home I stopped at Noodles for a Mac and Cheese that I had been craving, I don’t do it often but their Mac and Cheese is amazing. Look at all that Cheesy goodness…

I am seriously considering going to bed at 7pm, such an exciting life I lead

It is back to the grind this week and hopefully a start of a routine. It is week 3 in the job so I should have a better idea of hours and when I need to leave the house
I am up early and heading to the gym for another much needed cardio and weights session, hopefully some of the New Year’s Resolutioners have started to find another time to go. I don’t want to tell them to give up because I do really want to see them get healthy!
Breakfast will be at my desk after my workout- I have a blueberry Chobani, a pear that is on its last leg and homemade granola (Kath’s Coconut Almond Granola)
Lunch is leftover chili (I really might be eating this all week!) and cucumbers

While the rest of the day I can snack on some peppers, peapods, and string cheese.

What do you listen to when you work out? I am in need of some new music for my Ipod, the same old stuff is getting boring.
