Our arrival in the Dells started with some unexpected changes- our friend Mike G, his girlfriend Romy and his son Ryan had arrived first and Mike was not feeling, was running a fever and decided that he would head to the hospital back in Milwaukee because he was quickly feeling worst. Romy and Mike left and headed back while Ryan stayed with us so he could hang out with Madison and Kaitlyn. After quickly unpacking the car and figuring out who was going to do what the kids threw on their suits and headed to the smaller of the three waterparks that was on the property we are staying at.
They swam until the first last minute the pool was open and we headed back upstairs to eat a quick dinner and get the kids situated and in bed. Sandwiches, veggies and wine (juice boxes for the kids) and we were full and happy. The kids headed to bed and the 4 of us headed out the porch to chill in the hot tub, enjoy the fireplace and finish off our wine.
We enjoyed a bottle of the wine we made at Bin 36 this past October- Red Right Now that was meant to be enjoyed right away and that we did 
Especially in our juice glasses. We didn’t even think about bringing wine glasses.
It was a really nice evening, we headed to bed around 1 and woke up to hear the kids playing around 7. The park doesn’t open till 9… so we have some occupying to do! Heather and Steve are still sleeping so we are doing our best to distract until the park opens. We haven’t heard how Mike G is doing yet, all we know is that he has a pretty serious infection in his knee that has spread down his leg so please keep him in your thoughts.
