Sludge would describe how I am moving today, I had such a hard time getting out of bed this morning. I actually turned off my gym alarm and crawled back in but… I persevered and got up and went to the gym! I told myself I HAD to go. Even though it was -3 outside and the bed was cozy with Mike and Clifford still sleeping.
I did 15 minutes of biking, 15 of rowing and a really good back and abs workout.

-Seated Row Machine
-Good Mornings
-Dumbbell Rows
-Back Extension on Swiss Ball
-Crunches
-Hanging Leg Raises
-Reverse Crunch
I had hoped the special on the Smoothie was something that I liked but no luck. It was Peach and I am really not a fan of peach flavored things. Real peaches yes, but that fake fruit flavor no thanks. I listened to my stomach rumble on the way to work and dove into a Chobani and Larabar as soon as I got to my desk.
I probably need to start doing a protein shake right after my workout. Do you have any recommendations for any ready made varieties?
