I prepped this post and my Chocolate Covered Cherry Green Monster before bed last night. Since I am heading to the gym I wanted to make sure I had a ready made protein shake to drink after my workout. Insert this amazing concoction for a great after workout shake and breakfast. This mornings Green Monster consists of frozen bananas and cherries, spinach, almond milk, 1 packet of Amazing Grass Wheat Grass, and 2 scoops of Chocolate Caramel Protein Powder. It takes just like a healthier version of a Chocolate Covered Cherry.
