		<description>I like having hot things to warm me up.  I can&#039;t always get to a microwave in the middle of the day, so sometimes I have to have cold lunches, which isn&#039;t ideal for me. I usually combat this by getting a hot coffee around 2 or so.  For whatever reason it fills me up!

For example, just having a bowl of soup or chili won&#039;t fill me up (even if its huge!). I like to have two or more things to switch up between when I&#039;m eating. The more flavors and things to taste in a meal, the more I feel full.
