It is very dreary out today- rainy, cool and very foggy. Visibility was less than 1/4 miles this morning on my drive in. Here is a picture from the traffic camera
I am missing the sun! Even Clifford has been walking around kind of sullen since he can’t sit on the couch and soak up the sun. To combat the bad weather blues I get up early for a good workout- 30 minutes and 4.5 miles on the Octane Elliptical, I lifted legs and then did an additional 15 minutes on the bike.
My leg workout was:
Squat
Leg Curls
Leg Extension
Leg Press
Seated Calf Raise
Standing Calf Raise
I will be feeling it tomorrow! My camera decided to eat my breakfast picture but it was a pretty good smoothie from the gym and an Apple.

We had sun for a few days, but now it is cloudy again! I’m missing it too!
We’ve been having a lot of fog lately too! Im from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada and we usually dont have so much fog like this but it looks like this morning its clearing up a bit!
Fog is no fun! Way to turn the negative into a positive by hitting the gym to energize your day!
