Nothing is what I want to do. I didn’t go to the gym this morning and I should have and I didn’t want to prep food for the day. I just wanted to crawl back into bed and do nothing. I know it is the constant running around that has taken its toll on me. We have a wine event tonight and a dinner tomorrow night but that is it. I can relax, do some more packing and hopefully get 2 good workouts in this weekend.
The positive of this foul mood I am in is- It’s Friday! I will have time to recuperate and get re-energized. I wanted to start my day out right with a good breakfast, I had 2 Organic Flax Waffles from Target, a very ripe pear and a cup of Ginger Peach Green Tea.
