Pizza Pizza

Since we had planned on a low key evening we also wanted something quick and easy for dinner so we could relax after the crazy week we have had. Homemade pizza came to mind, so I stopped at Target on the way home for a crust and some ingredients for a few recipes I am making tomorrow evening. Tonight’s pizza was a crust with a bit of sauce, 3 cheese pizza blend, spinach, mushrooms, yellow peppers and a few Boca meat crumbles.

 

 

 

I love a good pizza and this was a very good pizza. The crust was tasty and the veggies provided a lot of great flavor. On the side I had a few baked salt and pepper kettle chips (my favorite flavor) and a spoonful of french onion dip.

 

 

 

The wine tonight is a Pago de Cirsus Seleccion Especial 2006 which is a blend of 50% tempranillo, 30% merlot and 20% cabernet sauvignon. Very tasty and yet another winner from the Wall Street Journal Wine Club.
