Yeah for a long weekend, I so need a day off! I haven’t had a day off other than moving since January. I am ready for a low key weekend. My food prep payed off last night and I enjoyed my extra thick Green Monster on the go this morning, traffic was light and it took me about 15 minutes to get to work.
My work group is heading to a funeral service this morning for the owners father. He was quite the extraordinary man; I know he will be missed. It is pretty quiet here at work and I have a feeling it will get quieter as the day goes on. My mood is rather somber today; with the funeral and my favorite coworker leaving I am feeling like I actually might cry. I am working on being more cheerful!
