I was invited by the Well, Then community to share ideas and discussion about fitness. I love the idea of a community where people can go to get ideas about topics from Healthy Living to Diabetes to Feeding Kids Healthy Meals on the go. I spent some time on Sunday afternoon playing with the Flip Camera they sent and thinking about what I wanted to talk about.
The idea of what to do when eating with others who may not eat like you came to mind. When I go to potlucks I am known as the “one who brings something healthy” and I like that nickname! I figure if I am going somewhere and don’t know what I will be served bringing something healthy is a good option, from a Couscous Salad to Lentils and Feta having a few quick and easy go to healthy recipes can really help in a pinch.
