Weekly Weights- Week 5

Week 5 of weights and I feel like I am seeing a bit more definition in my arms and have gone up in weights with my legs. I love being one of the only women in the weight room!

 

Just like last week everything is done 4 x 8,8,8, and 6

Dumbbell Isolation Curl

Ab Crunch Machine

Side Bends on a Bosu

Plank (30 seconds)

 

 

Legs

Lunge

Leg Curls

Leg Extension

Hack Squat

Seated Calf Raise (1 leg at a time)

Standing Calf raise

Lat Pulldown

Good Mornings

Dumbbell Bent over Row

Swiss Ball Crunch

Leg Raises
