6 weeks into the program and I am still loving the body part split, I enjoy the variety and love feeling that sense of exhaustion after working arms and legs so hard.

Decline Dumbbell Tricep Extension 3×10

Reverse Curl 3×10

Cable Tricep Kickback 3×10

Crunch 3×10

Hanging Leg Raise 3×10

Swiss Ball Pike 3×10

 

 

Legs

 

Squat 4×8

Deadlift 4×8

Leg Extension 3×10

Leg Press 4×8

Seated Calf 3×10

Standing Calf 3×10

Pull-Up 4×8
