Today I am thankful for a great Vet, one who acted quickly and helped save Clifford. They were able to save Clifford’s eye and at least some vision! He does have a scratch on his cornea so we have one more round of eye drops and one more day with the cone.
I am so excited to take that cone off tomorrow and get him outside for a nice long walk! Yeah for having an almost back to normal Clifford.

I’m new to your blog – what happened to poor Clifford? My dog is no stranger to the cone… I got him a “comfy” cone because he needed a cone for over a year!!
Clifford had a little scuffle with another dog and ended up with an eye injury. Thankfully surgery helped save it but it was pretty scary!

The cone always makes doggies look so sad. Glad he is healing up though and that his eye is mostly better.
