Do I even need to say more? Chocolate. Salty. Sweet. Fudge. Can I add in easy to make? Sold yet. This went over pretty well at our 4th of July festivities. It went over really well at work too.

There are times when I don’t make healthy things Winking smile Everything in moderation!

Ingredients (adapted from Everyday Food)

1 and a 1/4 bags milk chocolate chips (16 ounces)

1 can sweetened condensed milk

2 tbsp unsalted butter, chopped into small pieces

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups pretzels, roughly chopped

Pinch of cayenne pepper

Sea Salt

Directions

Line an 8×8 pan with a parchment paper.

In a large microwave safe bowl add in butter, chocolate chips, condensed milk, pinch of cayenne and vanilla. Microwave for about a minute and a half, stir well. Microwave for an additional minute or until completely melted.

Stir in most of the pretzels. Pour mixture into pan lined with parchment paper and spread until even.

Top with remaining pretzels and a bit of sea salt. Place in the fridge overnight.

Cut into small pieces and serve.
