I did workout number 3 of the week this morning and even though it was pitch black when I left for the gym at 5:30, I was looking forward to a good workout. My jet leg seems to be gone, I am sleeping a little better, and I have enjoyed dinners cooked at home. Big steps after being gone for 2+ weeks.
I pulled out a quick circuit full body workout. One of those workouts that seems quick and easy. Not so much. After 30 minutes of cardio and this workout I was one sweaty mess.
Full Body Circuit
10 reps of each, do one set of each exercise and then rest for one minute. Complete the circuit 3 times
Dumbbell Squat to a Overhead Press, 10
Chest Press on swissball, 10
Swissball jackknife, 10

Lunge with bicep curl, 10
Swissball Hamstring curl, 10
It looks deceptively easy
