Not an excuse I thought I would ever really use but this time I can honestly say that’s what happened. Not just one dog, but three dogs. Just what did they eat. My bedspread. Yes. My bedspread. I don’t know if they were playing one day and snagged a claw and caused a tiny tear in the bedspread but they quickly realized that there is stuffing in there. Lots and lots of stuffing in there.
Do you know what it looks like when a dog destroys a toy and there is stuffing everywhere. Imagine that x100. Stuffing everywhere. It looked like a cotton factory blew up in my bedroom. I guess that was the sign that it was time for a new comforter. With winter upon us, I figured I might as well get something cozy and warm. Something that will last for a few years. The rare time that I actually shop at Macy’s, I found a hotel collection Duvet on clearance. Major clearance. I would have never paid full price for it but I love how it looks and I love how heavy it feels.
Now if I can just keep 3 dogs off my bed during the day while I am at work. My bedroom door will have to be closed. Sorry puppies, you will have to just lay on the couch
