Paprika Pork

February 16, 2012

Pork tenderloin is one of those meats that people forget about, it is often on sale and a really affordable cut of meat. Dress it up with some good spices and grill or pan sear it and you have one fantastic dinner. This dinner took less than 20 minutes to prepare and cook. So nice after a long day at work!

Served with microwaveable rice. Hey, don’t judge. After a 13 hour day I needed something quick and we were both starving.

The key to this recipe is the smoked paprika. It needs to be smoked! It had so much flavor and complexity.
