When I heard Apothic was coming out with a White blend I knew I had to try it. A blend with flavors of peach, pineapple, a hint of oak and vanilla. This was a perfect sit on the deck and sip a glass of wine while grilling out kind of wine. The funny thing is that we were doing that in the middle of March on an almost 80 degree day. Scott’s parents, who like wine but aren’t big wine drinkers really liked this. It is a perfect wine for a group of people with all different kinds of palates.
Both the White and Red can easily be found on sale for $9-$10 dollars, a great open up right away and drink kind of wine. This was a thank you gift from my friend Jess for Scott and I giving her lots of love and support during a less than fantastic time. Next time I will make sure she joins us to drink this white. I know she would love it!

Gah, I haven’t seen the Apothic White yet! I can’t wait to find it and put in the fridge for this summer. We had a dinner party over the weekend, and I allowed myself a small glass of the Apothic Red. It tasted SO good! (maybe because any wine tastes good at this point?!).
Knowing your taste in wine you would really like this! When you have this beautiful baby I will send you both gifts. Wine for you and cute clothes for her.
Mellissa- you and Scott have been amazing during a pretty crappy stint in my life, I seriously couldn’t ask for a better set of friends! Thank you both!
