Another week and 4 great workouts done, but this mornings was on the road at a hotel in Omaha. The company that I work for is owned by Berkshire Hathaway and we come to the annual shareholders meeting to set up a booth to allow shareholders to ask questions about products. There is a chance I might actually see Warren Buffet!
Knowing that today was my only chance to get a workout in I took full advantage and was up at 5:45 to do 30 minutes of cardio and a quick full body circuit since they actually had weights!
On The Road Circuit
3 sets of 10. Do all the exercises, rest one minute. Repeat 2x.
Standing Shoulder Press
Bulgarian Split Squat
Incline Chest Fly
Dumbbell Squat
Tricep Dips
PliƩ Squat
V-Up’s
Plank
A one hour workout done. Great start to my day.

Wow, a hotel gym that has free weights and even medicine balls?! Nice! Good for you staying motivated ‘on the road.’
And it looks like you didn’t have to share the room with anyone. Score.
