With the amount of travel that I do for work working out on the road can be a challenge. I am happy to get any activity in since hotel gyms can be less than stellar. The solution to this? A DVD series that you can do in your living room, hotel room, or anywhere with a TV and DVD player and a little space to workout. Why didn’t I think of that before? The makers of Booty Camp Fitness offered to send Booty Camp Fitness Ultimate Home Edition 2 for me to review and one to giveaway!
Workouts for women, lead by women and designed for a woman’s body (sorry guys, but I am sure there is a female in your life that would love this). It is a series of 11 DVD’s and everything you need comes with it. This week I just put the DVD’s in my backpack and it took up very little space! The program includes:

While at the hotel this week I did Booty Express both mornings and felt like I got a great workout in! I just packed my gym clothes, had my work laptop propped up on the TV stand and followed along. I found enough space in my room to do the entire Booty Express and loved it! High energy, the woman on the DVD are fun and do their best to motivate you. And it was fun. I am so excited to keep doing this program at home and especially on the road. No excuses for not getting workouts in while traveling now. A small box of DVD’s takes up so little space in my bag and my body thanked me for getting in activity even though it was a crazy busy few days. (Hopefully the person in the room below me didn’t hear to much stomping around!)
This program is all about getting great workouts in without fancy equipment or confusing choreography. Big bonus for me! I can eventually pick up choreography but it takes me a while, with this program I put the DVD in and was working out right away. Love that!

My next goal is the triathlon in August.
Participating in a team Triathlon in August, doing a 17 mile biking leg. It’s a big deal for me.

I have been looking for a new DVD to add to my collection – my schedule is going to be changing and I think I’ll need some more at-home options. My goal: figure out a new workout program/schedule for a new and different work schedule!
i am working to curb my snacking and just eat more mindfully overall. i am trying to lose weight and snacking is my biggest enemy!
Working out at fitness center isn’t always possible and am doing lots of work on upper body to accommodate grandkids coming from NZ. Anything to help keep strong and fit!

My current goal is to incorporate more variety into my workouts. I get stuck in a rut to often and do the same workout day after day just to get the workout in for the day.
I’d love this! My next fitness goal was to run a trail ‘thon, but that’s been put on the back burner with out crazy life right now. My fitness goal currently is to exercise daily. Right now it’s walking my dog we’re dog sitting for, and it’s 30-40 minutes a day. Maintaining this is perfect. Adding in some abs/planks/arms would even be better. Spicing it up with other cardio would be great to not get too bored with the walking.
nothing major…just getting active again now that there is a toddler in my life…getting to the gym hasn’t happened in a long time and we just canceled our membership since it wasn’t getting used….

My next fitness goal is to tone and strengthen. Eating healthy has always been natural for me. I actually crave healthy foods, snacks, and colorful meals; however, I lack on dedicated exercise. This program would absolutely help me achieve that goal (smile).

I want to tone up my body! I would love to have a good at home option for workouts. It is not always possible to get to a gym and I find I need the motivation from an outside source to get in a good workout these days! I have been interested in trying the Booty camp workouts.
My fitness goal is to walk/workout at least 3 times a week, STICK TO IT and work up to 5 days a week. I really need to lose weight, at least 50 lbs. I have a gym membership but prefer at home DVD workouts.
