It feels like my schedule is finally getting back to normal, from all the holiday travel, being sick, life throwing bad news our way and just having to figure out when I would fit it all in. This week has been filled with fitness and pretty healthy eats. I would call that a success!
Saturday: Best Body Bootcamp, a new round and these workouts have been hard. Really hard! Loving that.
Sunday: A C 1.5 yoga class, really focusing on form and the fundamentals of yoga. It was very challenging to slow the vinyasa flow down and hold those poses.
Monday: Much needed off day.
Tuesday: Yoga Sculpt, first time in almost 2 weeks and it was a major butt kicking.
Wednesday: Best Body Bootcamp Workout B. Scorpion’s I hate you.
Thursday: Best Body Bootcamp Workout C. I love a good full body workout.
Friday: Off. 3 days in a row was enough. I am sore and tired, but that really is a good thing.
Saturday: Meeting a Twitter friend for yoga sculpt
Sunday: Best Body Bootcamp A
As soon as I feel like it’s getting back to normal I am traveling all of next week. I am gone Monday through Sunday. I am determined to get at least 3 workouts in at the hotel gym… hopefully it is not too bare bones.

I worked out every day this week because I knew Nashville was not going to be a good diet and workout week! I’m going to check out the gym too there!
Reading this post, I feel SO lazy! I love to workout, but even before the flu I was slacking off immensely and I never stick to any kind of regimen! Boot Camp sounds fun but grueling..as it should lol I hope you enjoyed the story, well..’journal’, since I wrote it to combat some grief, relive a happy, innocent time,, and at the time, wanted to share it. It grew 24 heads..and now I’m not so sure I should have shared it..yikes! Happy New Year!
