I need to keep workouts interesting and will quickly lose focus if I don’t love what I am doing. If I get in a rut at the gym I tend to not workout as hard. Enter Fitness Glo, a website the features many different workout classes that can be done in 30 minutes and at home. No excuses for skipping a workout! I always have a quick 30 minutes to do a workout.
I got my account set up, created a workout playlist and used Fitness Glo a handful of time in February. One day when it was snowy and it was so much easier to pull out my laptop and get a workout in, and 2 other times to try new to me workout classes.
Barre
This 30-minute workout focuses on shaping and toning the hips and thighs with a combination of center work and barre work. Tone, tighten and elongate the legs in this flowing cardio sculpt workout. Have a chair ready for some of the balance moves if needed.
I would consider my fitness level as intermediate to advanced and I could barely walk the next day after this workout. Hello inner thighs!!
Full Body Fitness
Perfect for a recovery day. Full body fitness – cardio, sculpting and a gentle stretch! Gradually build a cardio combo throughout the class, interrupted with sculpting exercises. You’ll sweat, sculpt and stretch!!!
This 30 minute class went by so fast, you cram a lot into a little time. Full body and I felt really good after.
Fitness Glo is really good for those days when you are short on time and still want a workout, are traveling, or are just looking to change up your routine. I really enjoyed all the classes I did. They were fun, full of good instruction and were really challenging. And now I need to go find somewhere that does barre classes!

My favorite workout is crossfit but I really want to try barre and this would be a great way to try it! (:
I love running
I love a good run but have been doing more of these at home workouts lately due to the weather here in MN! Sometimes it’s even hard to get to the gym when it’s so freezing out.
I love to run!
If you are interested in more barre classes, there is a great studio in Saint Louis Park–Balanced Barre–that I’ve been to 4 times (they had a Groupon promotion a few months ago).
I like a bootcamp-type workout the best. And running.
Stability ball workouts are probably my favorite.
I hope I’m not too late! Spinning is my FAVORITE workout!! I would love to try a Barre class!
