My go to treat is chips and dip. Especially chips and guacamole. I LOVE guacamole and thanks to Cub Foods I now have my new go to recipe. This is even better when avocados are on sale, you can spice this up if you want it hot or take it down a notch for those friends who have taste buds that can’t handle spicy.
This is thick and flavorful and if you are like me with a love of guacamole it will be gone quickly. We went through a big bowl in about 2 hours between 6 of us. It’s that good! Or you can exercise some self restraint and use it in a homemade burrito bowl, on a sandwich or a salad. But I tend to eat it too fast to do that

Ingredients (Serves 6-8)
- 4 ripe avocados , pitted and peeled
- 1 medium tomato , diced
- 1 cup thick ‘n chunky salsa
- Juice of 1/2 a lime
- 1 clove minced garlic
Place avocados in a large bowl. Mash with a fork to desired consistency.
Add remaining ingredients; mix until well combined. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve guacamole with chips.
