This article on CNN caught my attention, foods that help you look your best? I had to read. I think all of the foods on the list do their jobs because they are best in the natural state and have loads of vitamins and minerals.

The list:

Strawberries

Chili Peppers

Romaine Lettuce

Tomatoes

Apples

Walnuts

Olive Oil

Water

Tea

and a few foods you can make natural beauty products out of

Bananas

Oatmeal

Cucumber

I use almost all of these foods are a regular basis, except for chili peppers. I am a bit of a wuss when it comes to spicy food I figured what better than to incorporate a few of these things into breakfast this morning. I chopped up some strawberries, apple, banana and topped with some Trader Joe’s Blueberry and Pomegranate Flakes. Sweetness from the fruit and crunch from the cereal made this a great breakfast. A cup of Perfectly Pear tea on the side completed breakfast.
