I’m in the middle of a week long trip to Nashville for work. And that usually means a packed schedule, lots of late nights and a less than ideal workout schedule.
So I focus on trying to make a few choices to stay healthy. A good breakfast, workouts when I can and only have a drink or two when out.
I’ve managed to get 2 workouts in on top of standing and moving around the last few days. I’m happy with that!
